The Remus Lupins

Written on February 26, 2007

Um… Yeah. This looks like fun.

And if you like that, check out his myspace.

UPDATE: Welcome to the folks from Time’s Nerd World blog. The above clip is by the “band” The Remus Lupins. The songs in the clip, in order of appearance, include; The Ballad of Neville and Luna (a full version can be seen here), Loosen Your Tie (the song that Lev mentioned), and Looking For Trouble, which, in this video, features members of Harry and the Potters, Draco and the Malfoys, and, I think, The Whoping Willow. All of these songs can be found on the band’s latest album (see the above myspace link for a paypal link). Hopefully I’ll get a review off when I finally get the album. Keep checking back for that. You can find The Remus Lupins tour diary here.

Of course, The Remus Lupins are not the only band doing this kind of thing. For more news on the world of “Wizard Rock” check out this post for links. Or check out the Wizard Rock category for more videos and various news.

Just got a chance to listen to this. Sounds interesting, I’ll have to check him out again.

You mentioned Oliver Boyd earlier. I was very impressed with one of his other projects “Talons and Tea Leaves” (http://www.myspace.com/talonsandtealeaves) (Sadly, it too is D/L-disabled.)
